First of all I would like to extend on behalf of the whole PHZ Game Studios our deepest apologies for this issue. The bug with the starter pack did slip past all of our internal and external quality assurance efforts and it has been a real heartbreaking twist to the launch of the game. I have added compensation of moonstones for everyone who has reached out and will keep sorting through the emails as well to that end. We are issuing a fixed game version via the application platforms as soon as we have verified that the it is working correctly. I hope you can find you can find the kindness in your heart to be patient with us and hope that you will continue to enjoy the game despite the rocky launch 😅

Thank you for reporting this ^^ We found out about this unfortunate bug on Saturday and subsequently fixed it within a few hours. Update your game to version 1.2.15 and you can access past the tutorial again.

Awesome! Thank you for getting in touch. The exp / power score is definitely something we’re looking to improve. If you have some specific ideas you would love to see please share. By the way, town upgrade path is planned to go up to Tier 5, therefore eventually that’s going to be one, a bit more escalating way, to reach new power score highs (power score per star will go up even more on the higher tiers). We have actually upped the power score per level from 50 to 100 and not looking to bump that at this point. However more ways to get more exp… there’s stuff in the works. 😎

Auto rolling / toggle to keep going onward with matches is also something that has been discussed, just the specific how we would introduce is a bit up in the air. Also would love to get your thoughts on a graceful way to do that ☺️

Yeah it seems there is some bug on the star caller counting for win condition. I will look into it

Can you elaborate please? We recently reduced the period during which a draw can occur from 5 to 3 seconds, is this a situation where your all weapons are gone? Also are you using star caller?

They reset only if they didn’t die i.e. they “return to the barracks”

Is it consistently not loading ever? If you are waiting a bit and trying again?

Lazy lookout is a purely cosmetic decoration with no game play effect so it is up to you to decide if it’s worth… as they say “beauty is in the eye of the beholder”

Your best bet is to upgrade treasury building so you can access the higher class treasures that have greatly increased odds for rare items. Besides that it’s just luck of the draw
