People with more power than they should have.

Is the power per level standardized, or do some people have more than others? I’m lvl18 right now, I have 1150 power. I frequently see people of the same level or lower with way more than that. Saw a lvl 18 with 3 gold ballistas, 3 gold catapults, 3 yellow shields, 2 pink shields, 2 lvl 1 garrisons and 2 lvl 2 garrisons. This adds up to 1,520 power and that’s not counting his walls, which were mostly lvl 3 wood and lvl 3 stone. I see people like this all the time. Is there a way to increase your power that I don’t know about?

You also get power from upgrading the island’s housing, +50 per star on Hamlet, +100 per star on Village and +200 per star on Town
